- The term "register of legal persons" (or RPM), followed by an indication of the seat of the court within the territorial jurisdiction of which your company has its registered office,
- And, if applicable, the fact that your company is in liquidation;
If you are practicing a regulated profession (eg professions):
- Professional association or professional organization with which you are registered,
- Your professional title and the State in which it was granted,
- A reference to the applicable professional rules and means of access.
The geographical address where you are established (head office of your company);
Your contact information, including the email address, allowing you to contact you quickly;
Your business number
If applicable, your VAT number (idem company number since 2003);
In the event that your activity is subject to an authorization scheme, the details of the competent supervisory authority.
